Belimo eCommerce Getting Started Guide
Brand new to Belimo!
No problem, here is a quick run-through of what you will need to get familiar with Belimo online. This guide covers:
Web Browsers
The Belimo eCommerce web site was built using the latest technology. Our site is compatible with Internet Explorer versions 7 and above and Mozilla Firefox versions 2 and above. Our web site also supports many other browsers. This Site is best viewed with a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768.
Why Upgrade?
Upgrading to a newer browser provides many advantages:

- Speed & performance Improvements
- Compatible with web sites using new technology
- Improved user experience
Unable to Upgrade your Browser?
Due to company policy upgrading your current browser many not be an option. Check with your network administrator about installing a second browser.
How to Log in
Need a logi n? Select "Registration" and complete the online registration form. You will receive a user name and password in approximately 24 hours.
Log in with your username (email address) and password set up by Belimo.
Forgot Password? Select "Password Forgotten" link. Enter your email address in the forgotten password form. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password by entering the "Security Code" provided in the email.
Need to change your password? After you log in, you may change your password by selecting "My Account" then "My Profile". To update/change your password, enter your current (old) password, enter a new password, and enter your new password again for verfication. Upon submitting the form, you will receive a message that your data was successfully changed
Search
Type in any word, phrase or product identification to locate products, technical documentation, 3D drawings, or articles.
- Technical attributes available on our products
- After log in "Your Price" available while searching for products.
- Select Air, Water, Retrofit, or Accessories filter box to refine search results.

Quick Order / Upload
Enter an order using our Quick Order function. The "Quick Order" link will be available after log in.
Copy and paste from a spreadsheet, directly type in your order, or upload a *.bel file from SelectPro. Select "Go" and the products will be added to your project list/shopping basket.
Copy & Paste: Copy Belimo products from a spreadsheet (excel) or csv (comma separated value) file and paste into the quick order field. File format one Belimo product per line, quantity first, tab or comma separator, followed by the product identification number (Qty.[TAB or COMMA separator]Item #). Examples:
- 25 AFB24-MFT
- 10,B207+LRB24-3
Type It: Enter one Belimo product per line. Enter the quantity in the first column followed by the product idenetication number (product #) in the second column. Example:

Upload: Upload files from SelectPro in the *.bel format.
- Select "Browse" button to locate your project (*.bel) file.
- Select "Upload" button to initiate the upload process. (You may cancel the upload process at any time).
- Files can take up to 15 minutes to upload depending on file size.
