The -HM series of actuators are intended for retrofit of LM24-M and LM24-10P-M actuators that have reached the end of their service life. These actuators are specifically designed as a drop-in replacement without any alteration to the existing VAV system. This means faster installation and instant commissioning without the need for a balancer or systems integrator.

CM damper actuator. Perfection for limited space.
Compact and Flat like no other. The CM actuator measuring 5.83” by 2.18” and 0.63” tall fits in the smallest of spaces. The CM includes universal clamp, a simple one screw anti-rotational bracket, easily adjustable end stops or remove the stops for continuous rotation. Quick and easy mounting completes the features the CM offers. Designed for new construction, retrofit, residential and OEM markets, this compact unit is beneficial addition to existing actuator market.

Valve actuators mounted in tandem have new nomenclature. The previous designation was 2xGM24 US, and the new designation is now 2*GMB24-3X1. The “2*” indicates two actuators mounted in tandem on the same mechanical valve linkage, and the “X1” suffix indicates a valve actuator for Flanged Globe Valves or Butterfly Valves.
